Is God An Escape? Yes and no, in the Bible we read, in the world you will have trouble but take heart I (Jesus) have overcome the world (John 16:33), or come unto me (again Jesus speaking) all of you who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28-30). My Experience with YWAM YWAM (Youth With a Mission) is all over the world and their making a difference in people’s lives. I first learned about YWAM when I was in my teens. Their motto is, "to know God and to make Him known." I went with a group of young people to Grenada to serve and we ended up severing on at a YWAM base.
