I don’t think everyone would agree with that statement. It seems that many young people and even adults are overly occupied on their smartphones. The outdoors is fun is becoming more of a traditional way of thinking. After all who has time to go outside for fun anymore. We are busy texting, chatting, gaming and even actually going to other places virtually. Too often our bodies get neglected. We were designed to move, to feel and to physically experience the outdoors. A person who enjoys being outside is more likely to gain the benefits of being outside. Let’s not be lazy. Sure you can pay money to go to a movie, watch a concert or go shopping, but why not go for a hike it’s free, healthy, and relaxing.
Tracy and I went with family to Letchworth State Park. Letchworth has been called the Grand Canyon of the East. It’s beautiful. Okay, sorry it isn’t free. We had to pay money to get in. We continued on from there by ourselves to Stony Brook State Park. The video is a combination of stills and video footage from the two parks. Hope you enjoy it and remember get out and be active.

This is a time lapse. It only takes about a minute to cover 3 miles. Sorry for the whip-lash.
